5. Important Delivery Information

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at care@4LQ.in within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the package and its contents. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
