To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Eligibility and Timeframe
- You can return an item within 15 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and items explicitly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at care@4LQ.in with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping and Refunds
- Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund to cover reverse shipping costs. This fee applies per order, not per item.
- Non-refundable Charges: Original shipping charges (for both COD and prepaid orders) are non-refundable.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges and Cancellations
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Cancellations: You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
